       【原理】Magic Red魔力紅底物，是細胞滲透性的，它很容易穿透細胞膜和內部細胞器的膜——不需要裂解或滲透步驟。如果組織蛋白酶是活性的，魔紅底物被裂解，甲酰紫熒光團將在激發時變為熒光（Ex/Em =592nm/628nm）。隨著酶活性的進展和更多魔紅底物的裂解，信號將增強，使研究人員能夠觀察顏色隨時間的變化。樣品可通過熒光顯微鏡或熒光酶標儀進行分析。試劑盒中包括Hoechst 33342和吖啶橙，分別用于檢測核形態和溶酶體細胞器結構。
